Drinking Moët et Chandon on a raft on Phuket's Coral Island (Koh He)

A fun and interactive team building event with a special twist

Phuket has been re-opened for international travelers for a while and team building events have become an important topic in management meetings and strategy discussions around the world.
After nearly two years of intermitted lock-down, executives are eager to meet their staff face-to-face, to build trust and camaraderie and to assess their post-Covid team potential.
Phuket is easily accessible by airplane through its international airport and it's a popular team building destination for corporation based in Bangkok.
Whether it's a week-end trip, a staff outing, a team building event or a corporate meeting, Phuket will cater for all types of MICE events.
Flights from Bangkok currently depart at 07:30 Nok Air, and arrive at 08:50 in Phuket. This may change depending on the airline you choose and again once the Covid restrictions have fully been eased.
Our 2D1N Phuket Coral Island team outing package starts with airport pick up from Phuket airport, straight to Chalong Pier where the speed boat will be waiting for you.

Coral island is only about 10 km off the coast of Phuket and the speed boat trip takes about 20 minutes. Arriving at Coral Island, the group will be familiarized with some ice-breaker team building activities on the beach, before a sumptuous seafood lunch is served on the beach.
Afternoon program is a fun but meaningful raft building challenge, whereby team work of your staff will be put to the test.
Each team of 10 will be building a raft large enough for all participants to comfortably sit on (without getting wet), yet wearing a live vest is mandatory. The building phase takes about two hours, after which the raft is tested out. The afternoon activities work with accumulated scoring for each team and building a steadfast and well-designed raft obviously is key to collecting lots of points.

Once all participants are on top of the raft, the fun activities start. In pool frenzy (this can also be played inside the pool), different color balls are poured into the sea and each team must collect their color teams as fast as they can. This results into a frenzy, whereby all participants jump into the water into different directions, trying to catch as many balls as they can. Points are collected throughout the afternoon for the winning teams of each activity.

The highlight of the afternoon will be diving for a bottle of Moët Et Chandon (Champagne) which is hidden somewhere on the ocean floor and only the team who solves the riddle can unravel the location, assign their strongest swimmer and best diver to collect it from the seafloor.

All teams will be enjoying ice cold beer and / or champagne on the raft but the program continues before sunset with a speed boat trip to Koh Racha Yai, with two choice of accommodation, either on the luxurious Racha Island Resort or the rather down to earth Baan Raya Resort.
The evening entertainment will be around a giant bonfire on the beach with personal story telling and watching the stars.
After a good night sleep, the morning is at leisure and after a late breakfast, the speed boat will take you back to the mainland and the flights back to Bangkok depart at 15:30 landing in Bangkok at 17:00 hrs.
