Our half-day CSR event typically consists of another two or three activities beside the “Roots of Change” and depending on the group size, teams rotate around stations. The Roots of Change program as a standalone activity can last as long as 3 hours, however, very often we shorten the timeframe to 45 min to 90 minutes.
