Teams must pull together, show team work and creativity to build a pyramid from corrugated plastic sheets.
In magic pyramid, delegates are split into teams and given a stack of pieces of future board. The objective is to build the highest structure possible, often this results in the form of a pyramid. Delegates must plan, strategize and implement their design to outperform competing teams.
During the debriefing, each team has the opportunity to present their project in front of the other teams.
This team building activity is best incorporated into a creativity and innovation work-shop, the team cohesiveness workshop or as a stand-along one-hour ice breaker in the beginning or end of the large conference or training session. This activity is best played indoor.
This activity encourages planning, creativity, dexterity and team bonding. This is a competitive activity and the winning team is the team with the highest structure.
