Transform Walls, Transform Lives
Join us for a one-of-a-kind CSR activity that blends the power of team building with the joy of giving back to the community. Set against the vibrant backdrop of Klong Toey or a location of your choice in Bangkok, your team will come together to transform local schools through meaningful, hands-on projects.
With just a wall—and a desire to make a difference—your group can create colorful murals, upgrade learning spaces, and leave behind lasting beauty that inspires children every day. Beyond painting, it’s about connection, creativity, and making a real impact that lives on long after your team has packed up the brushes.
A Canvas of Community Impact
This isn’t just painting—it’s purpose. Working alongside a professional local mural artist, your team will help bring a blank wall to life with colorful animal silhouettes or a theme of your choosing. These murals serve an educational function for children, with animals labeled in English, or they can tell an inspiring story that reflects your values. The artwork becomes a treasured part of the neighborhood—brightening spaces and spirits.
Team Building Through Creativity
Participants are invited to paint directly on the wall, using pre-drawn outlines that make the task accessible, engaging, and fun. This art-related team building activity encourages collaboration, communication, and creative problem-solving. Decisions like color coordination, area division, and painting sequence naturally bring out leadership, cooperation, and trust among team members.
Foster Deeper Connections
Want to take it a step further? Teams can co-paint with children from the school or community, opening doors for cross-generational interaction and authentic local engagement. These shared moments go beyond surface-level bonding—they foster empathy, cultural awareness, and the rewarding experience of working toward a shared goal.
Flexible, Impactful, and Memorable
Whether you're looking for a half-day experience or a full-day event, this CSR team building activity is fully customizable. From the number of silhouettes to the theme and level of community involvement, we tailor it to your goals. And best of all? You leave behind a colorful legacy—a mural that inspires, educates, and endures.
Can we customize this team building activity?
Absolutely. This activity is highly customizable. You can choose the theme of the mural (animals, nature, local stories, corporate values, etc.), the level of community involvement (e.g., painting with school kids or staff only), and even the location—either one of Beunite's partner schools/charities in Klong Toey or a venue of your choice, provided there’s a suitable wall and a local community to benefit.
What is the objective of this activity?
The primary objective is to create social impact while fostering collaboration, communication, and creativity among participants. Teams contribute to an infrastructure upgrade at a local school or charity while working together to produce a vibrant piece of public art that educates and inspires.
How does this activity encourage teamwork?
The painting process requires coordination, communication, and joint problem-solving. From deciding how to divide painting areas, to managing limited resources like brushes and paint, participants must rely on each other’s ideas and support, naturally promoting teamwork, leadership, and creative collaboration.
Is this a competitive team building activity?
No. This is a non-competitive and inclusive activity designed to build connections and foster shared purpose rather than rivalry. The focus is on collaboration, creativity, and giving back.
What's the best group size for this activity?
The activity works best with groups of 15 to 60 participants, but can be scaled up or down depending on the length of the wall and number of mural sections. For very large groups, multiple walls or rotation stations can be arranged.
Is this an indoor or outdoor activity?
This is typically an outdoor activity, as it involves painting on external walls at a school or community site. However, if you have an indoor wall with suitable ventilation and permission, it may be possible to conduct the activity indoors.
How long does this CSR activity take?
The activity generally lasts from 45 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the number of mural sections, how big the artwork will be and depending on the number of participants.
A full half-day CSR program can include welcome briefing, mural painting, light interactions with the local community, and a short debriefing.
How will this activity fit my corporate event?
This activity is an excellent fit for CSR-focused retreats, leadership development programs, or team bonding sessions. It’s especially powerful when your company aims to integrate purpose-driven experiences into a larger event. It can stand alone or be part of a multi-activity agenda.
