This art and culture activity introduces delegates to the art of fruit carving.
 
Fruit carving is a great activity for participants to learn a cultural skill and incorporate aspects of their company in the design.
 
First the instructor shows how to use the carving knife and how delicate the process is, then teams are given time to come up with their design before choosing a fruit of their choice to make their team carving.
 
This activity encourages creativity, design and out of the box thinking so they can make a carving that portrays their company.
